Saturday night is a love letter to the city itself. Presented by Marriott Bonvoy®, Michael Mina, chef, founder, and one of the most influential figures in American fine dining; Wolfgang Puck, the culinary icon who helped put Las Vegas on the world's dining map; and Masaharu Morimoto, the internationally acclaimed Iron Chef whose restaurants have helped define modern Japanese cuisine, host an evening that runs classic Las Vegas through a contemporary lens. In true Vegas fashion, Morimoto's appearances and tastings will be reserved exclusively for VIP guests.

Special guest Alix Earle will also join the evening, featuring her brand SIPMARGS.

Showgirls, circus performers, and the DNA of Sinatra-era entertainment reimagined alongside world-class cocktails and food from 20 of the weekend's most celebrated chefs and mixologists. Walk the floor, follow what catches your eye, and let the night take you somewhere.
