Chef Saipin Chutima is the James Beard Award-winning chef and co-owner of Lotus of Siam, one of the most celebrated Thai restaurants in the United States. Born and raised in Northern Thailand, Chef Saipin learned traditional cooking techniques and family recipes that would later become the foundation of her culinary career.
