Jeremy has been working in the hospitality industry for almost 20 years. After moving to Chicago 14 years ago he has worked at various reputable bars and restaurants including Green River and Beverage Director of Billy Sunday. In 2022 he left Billy Sunday to start developing with his friends a new bar and venue concept called Lemon, which opened up in December 2023 located in West Town Chicago. Since opening Lemon has received multiple Tales of the Cocktail nominations, as well as recently getting the rank of #62 in the extended North American 50 Best Bars in 2025 and receiving the special award of Campari's "Ones To Watch".
