Krystin Orth, Mixologist
My name is Krystin Orth, and for me, hospitality has never been just a career—it is where creativity, energy, and connection come together.
My love for the industry started early, inspired by my father and grandmother, who brought me to the Peppermill throughout my childhood. Those experiences gave me my first glimpse into what hospitality can truly be: more than food and service, but a feeling people remember long after they leave.
I began working in the industry at 15 and quickly realized I was exactly where I belonged. I thrive in fast-paced environments, love the rush of a busy operation, and find the greatest reward in creating experiences that make guests feel genuinely cared for. That passion led me to earn my Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management with a concentration in Food and Beverage.
Creativity is a huge part of what drives me. I love taking risks, learning new techniques, and playing with ingredients to see what unexpected combinations can become. Mixology is one of my favorite creative outlets, especially developing new cocktails and pairing them with food in a way that elevates the entire experience. There is something exciting about taking an idea, experimenting with flavors, and watching the magic unfold.
I also serve as a Clubs Supervisor at Allegiant Stadium, where I help support club-level operations during games and special events.
Outside of my career, family is what keeps me grounded. They are the people who have encouraged me, believed in me, and reminded me to keep pushing myself forward. My father, in particular, has played a huge role in shaping the person I am today, and I carry that support with me in everything I do.
