Amy Racine is Beverage Director and Partner at JF Restaurants and a 2026 James Beard Award semifinalist® for Outstanding Professional in Beverage Service. She was most recently named Wine Enthusiast's "Beverage Director of the Year" (2024), VinePair's 2025 Next Wave Awards Wine Professional of the Year, and a recipient of an Augie from the 19th Annual CIA Leadership Awards.

Amy oversees beverage programs across Chef John Fraser's award-winning hospitality group, including La Marchande, The Terrace & Outdoor Gardens at The Times Square EDITION, North Fork Table & Inn, Obvio, and more. She leads cocktail innovation and curates extensive wine programs across the portfolio.

Her leadership has earned Wine Spectator's "Award of Excellence" for restaurants including Lilac at Tampa EDITION, Tatiana, POPULAR, The Terrace & Outdoor Gardens, 701West, Ardor at West Hollywood EDITION, and North Fork Table & Inn, as well as "Best Of" Awards for Dovetail and 701West (2024).

Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, Amy studied at the Culinary Institute of America and completed the Accelerated Wine and Beverage Program at CIA Greystone. She previously served as Wine Director at AMANGIRI and Michelin-starred Sons & Daughters and achieved her Level 3 Advanced Sommelier certification at age 24.
