Matt Ray, Winemaker

Matt Ray works for Sazerac & Buffalo Trace Distillery and was most recently awarded Whisky Magazine's "World's Best Brand Ambassador for American Whiskey". He uses his previous experience as a bartender and public-school teacher to make spirits fun and approachable for the average person. In his free time, he is an educator for the Wine & Spirits Education Trust (WSET). He is originally from Alabama, so please be patient as his accent drifts in and out!
