Ricky Reyna, Mixologist

Ricky Reyna is a California Bay Area native and Brooklyn based beverage professional with over a decade behind the bar. After spending eight years in New York's cocktail scene, Ricky has worked across a range of bar styles, developing a reputation for creative cocktails, thoughtful technique, and a playful approach to hospitality.

For the past two years, Ricky has served as Beverage Director at Bar Madonna, an Italian American cocktail bar in Williamsburg, where he leads the beverage program and develops cocktails that blend classic techniques with Italian American nostalgia.

His style is all about making drinks that are fun, approachable, and a little unexpected. He pulls inspiration from nostalgia, Italian American culture, and the flavors he grew up around, always looking for a way to put his own spin on something familiar.

Outside the bar, Ricky has participated in cocktail competitions, judged industry competitions, and continues to explore new techniques and flavor combinations.
