As Creative Bartender, Kathryn "Pepper" Stashek manages the cocktail program at both Kabawa and Bar Kabawa, the latter of which has a unique emphasis on rum cocktails and daiquiris. Bar Kabawa has earned numerous accolades, including being named one of Punch's Best New Bars 2025, and a listing as a regional honoree for Best New Cocktail Bar at Tales of the Cocktail's Spirited Awards. Before joining the opening team, Stashek spent years developing her expertise behind the bar at Attaboy, named "The Best Bar in North America" by The World's 50 Best, Grand Army Bar, previously named Imbibe's Best Bar of the Year, and The Raines Law Room.
