Eric Madonna, Mixologist

Born and raised in New York State, Eric Madonna has spent his career moving through nearly every side of hospitality, working in both the front and back of house before his path expanded into music, fashion, art, and culture. Through his time with KidSuper, he collaborated on events and began exploring the intersection of hospitality, design, and creative community. That line of thinking eventually became Bar Madonna, which Eric created alongside his business partners Ray Rando and Chef Chris Caliso. The idea was to build something that felt distinctly Brooklyn: elevated and contemporary, but still grounded in the generosity and familiarity of Italian hospitality. The result is an Italian-American restaurant and cocktail bar shaped by the diversity of New York itself, a place where food, drinks, art, and people are meant to exist as part of the same conversation. It feels familiar, but it has its own point of view.
