Chef Timothy Hollingsworth is an award-winning chef known for blending refined technique with vibrant, approachable dining. Born in Texas and raised in Placerville, California, he built his culinary foundation at The French Laundry, where he upheld Michelin-starred standards and earned the James Beard Award for Rising Star Chef.
Hollingsworth also represented the United States in the prestigious Bocuse d'Or and has appeared on national and international television, including The Final Table, The Great American Recipe, and Beat Bobby Flay.
Today, he leads a growing portfolio of ventures, including Hundredfold, a French-American brasserie developed with Patina Group, with expansion planned from New York to Atlanta, as well as The Oak Room and Bernadette's in partnership with TenFive Hospitality.
