Andrew Carroll is an accomplished Executive Chef with more than 20 years of experience, built in some of the industry's most respected kitchens. Throughout his career, he has had the opportunity to learn from influential chefs, travel extensively, and develop a culinary perspective shaped by diverse cuisines, cultures, and dining experiences.

As Executive Chef of CATCH, Andrew has helped open restaurants in New York City, Miami, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Dubai, and Playa del Carmen, leading culinary teams and creating memorable, high-volume dining experiences.

Andrew's approach to cooking goes beyond the food on the plate. He believes great kitchens are built through teamwork, mentorship, creativity, and a commitment to continually improving. His passion lies in developing people as much as developing dishes, while creating food that is thoughtful, approachable, and memorable.
